Writer of copy. Thinker of ideas. Teller of jokes. I spent over 21 years at many of India’s (and one of Sri Lanka’s) leading ad agencies. Last, as an Executive Creative Director.
I’ve had the great fortune of learning from legends like Mohammad Khan, Balki, Priti Nair, Bobby Pawar, Sonal Dabral and Ashish Khazanchi. At equally illustrious agencies like Enterprise Nexus, Lowe Lintas, DDB, Grey, FCB, Dentsu, McCann and Enormous.
I have worked on and/or handled 100+ brands with local presence or global stature, or both. Volkswagen, Audi, Top Gear Magazine, Axis Bank, ICICIdirect, Ambuja Cement, Springwel, Swiggy, Reliance, Skechers, JetPrivilege, Disney+ Hotstar, Surf Excel, Parle, Emami and Bosch, to name just a few.
Since 2020, I’ve been working directly with Advertising Clients, Marketing Leaders and Co-creators, on great brands like Lenskart, Edelweiss, NoBroker.com, Tata Motors, Skoda & SpringFit. A practice that I recently named Fun Intended Advertising & Stuff.

Bibhash is a joy to work with (once he’s had his coffee that is). He’s a Coffee Nut, Photographer, Brand Consultant and aspiring Polymath with more than 17 years of experience in branding, strategy, design, marketing and advertising (and selling courier services door-to-door).
He has handled 100+ Branding Projects and ‘he-lost-count’ Advertising Stuff for brands like Red Bull, Taj Palaces & Resorts, ICICI, JetPrivilege, ITC Fabelle, Aditya Birla, Uber, Sprig, Flipkart, IBM and Spykar.
Till 2020, he was Principal of Dentsu Tomorrow Lab (Dentsu Inc.'s Branding Division), GM + Head of Strategy of Dentsu Creative West & North, and member of Dentsu’s South Asia Planning Council, comprised of 10 Strategy Leaders from 3 countries.
In 2020, he founded Polygon Café, a multidisciplinary collaborative Branding and Strategy Lab that helps founders, creators & startups build brands that people love.
While he continues partnering cool brands like Royal Enfield, ICICI, TVS, Siddhayu, Ashiana Housing, Amazon Prime, Hershey’s, HaikuJam and Inspo, as the Founder & Principal of Polygon Café, he collaborates with Fun Intended as Strategy Consultant.

In his 8.5 years of work experience, Sudipto has worked in diverse content departments. He started his journey as a Marketing Comms Specialist at afaqs!, before working as a Copywriter at Publicis (MSL Group), Atlas Copco, Tonic Worldwide, and Liqvd Asia. With a keen interest in theatre and movies, Aditya has always enjoyed storytelling. With over 4 years of industry experience, he started his journey as a client servicing executive before moving on to become a Copywriter.
